Scheduling Appointments

We are pleased to offer online booking as our preferred scheduling method. Online booking is available 24/7 and allows you to view availability, schedule appointments, and make changes to existing appointments at your convenience. While we are happy to accommodate same-day requests whenever possible, we encourage booking in advance as services are available by appointment only.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits

To respect the time of our clients and team, we kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 48 hours before your appointment, as well as the morning of your scheduled service.

Due to an increased number of cancellations and no-shows, a 25% deposit is required for all appointments.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and all no-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.

Late Arrivals

We strive to stay on schedule for every client. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be unable to receive their scheduled service and will be charged according to our cancellation policy. Clients with repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments.

How Much Should I Budget for My First Visit?

Clients who are serious about improving their skin should be prepared to invest in both professional treatments and a customized home care routine. Many new clients invest anywhere from $300–$1,000+ during their initial visit, depending on their goals, current skincare routine, and treatment recommendations. Whether you're looking for a simple starting point or a comprehensive skin transformation plan, we'll help you prioritize recommendations and create a strategy that works for you.

Why Is a Consultation Required Before Treatments?

We believe in doing things the right way, and that starts with understanding your skin first. A consultation allows us to evaluate your skin, review your health history, discuss your concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your goals.

Consultations help ensure that every treatment we recommend is safe, appropriate, and effective for your unique skin needs. They also give you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss expectations, and feel confident about the path forward.

Just as importantly, we want to properly prepare your skin before beginning treatment. Understanding your current skincare routine and products helps us avoid potential reactions, identify areas for improvement, and ensure your skin is primed for the best possible results.

Can I Continue Using My Current Skincare Products?

Our goal is to help you achieve the best possible results, which is why we strongly encourage all clients to follow a customized home care routine built with professional products recommended by our team.

During your consultation, we will review your current regimen and determine which products are supporting your goals and which may be preventing progress. While some products may be approved to remain in your routine, many clients will need to make adjustments in order to achieve optimal results.

We believe great skin is built both in the treatment room and at home. By following a provider-recommended skincare routine, we can better support your treatment plan, minimize the risk of irritation, and help you achieve more consistent, long-term results.

Guests & Children

To maintain a relaxing environment and protect the privacy of all clients, we ask that guests and children not accompany you to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit only.

Gift Cards, Packages & Memberships

Gift cards, treatment packages, and memberships are nonrefundable.

Treatment packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Treatment Results

Every client and every skin journey is unique. Results vary based on individual skin conditions, treatment plans, lifestyle factors, and home care compliance. While we strive to help every client achieve their skincare goals, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
