Our Policies

We are pleased to offer online booking as our preferred scheduling method. We encourage you to utilize that tool at your convenience 24/7 to view availability, schedule appointments, as well as cancel or reschedule if necessary. While we are happy to accommodate same day requests whenever possible, we encourage you to plan ahead and book your services in advance, as we do work by appointment.

We have a strict and enforced 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments and require a valid credit card at the time of booking. We provide appointment reminders via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment, as well as the morning of. Due to an increased number of cancellations and no shows, we require a 25% deposit for all appointments.

Same day cancellations and all no shows will be charged in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit your appointment and you will be charged in full. Clients with repeated no shows, cancellations, or late arrivals will no longer be provided services.

For the relaxation, respect, and privacy of all clients, we ask that you arrive alone for your appointment, without any guests or children.

Products may be returned for store credit only, within seven days of purchase. Gift cards, packages, and memberships are nonrefundable.
